Big changes in our lives can start with tiny shifts in our consciousness. The Next Ten Minutes is dedicated to the proposition that the seeds of such change are embedded within the most ordinary activities of daily life. The search for simple and effective ways to cultivate greater mindfulness in my everyday life has been crucial to me during these past few years, while I was searching for a diagnosis for a set of evolving symptoms which eventually proved to be Lyme.
